ok, a little hard to tell, but i see: mechanical damage (don't worry about it) leaf mottling (also don't worry about it) what may be water or pesticide spotting (again, no worries) some plants have slightly mottled leaves; it's in the genetics. if the plants came with stowaways, i'd just pull them all, wash them down, and repot in fresh medium.

I have a few phals that have these mottled leaves; some have more than others. I think what you have is normal for the plant.
