newbies...with spots?

So I just received these lil guys from a dealer in Hawaii. I ordered 2 plants and they sent 3, I'm guessing because one of them looks a little spotty, so they sent 2 of the same one to be nice. The spots are all over the leaves... is this mold spots? It looks like it's IN the leaf. They also sent me some lil stowaways... little flying gnat-like thingys. Not a big deal, I got spray, but are the spots from them maybe?
Thanksssss!

ok, a little hard to tell, but i see:

mechanical damage (don't worry about it)

leaf mottling (also don't worry about it)

what may be water or pesticide spotting (again, no worries)

some plants have slightly mottled leaves; it's in the genetics. if the plants came with stowaways, i'd just pull them all, wash them down, and repot in fresh medium.

I have a few phals that have these mottled leaves; some have more than others. I think what you have is normal for the plant.
