 Problem with cattleya
I need some help with my cattleya. It has white stuff in the crease of the leaves. When I use my finger I can remove it, but what is it? Some leaves also turn a little yellow. It does have new growth.

Look for mealy bugs, as the cottony white stuff is what they leave behind. They are pink or whitish bugs some what smaller and flatter than lady bugs, and are pretty quick to hide. Cynthia
