Kinda looks like sunburn. How much light is it getting? The spots look dry. If I'm wrong and the spots are wet and squishy, it could be a bacterial or fungal infection.

If it is sunburn, just move it to an area where it gets less direct sun. There's nothing you can do to reverse it, but it will be fine. That lower leaf that has a larger damaged area may turn yellow and fall off, but I bet it will keep the top one. You don't need to do anything to it, except adjust the light. You don't need to remove the damaged bits. It will be unsightly until new leaves grow, but it won't kill the plant.

If it is some kind of infection, it could potentially spread, so you need to cut out the affected areas, into the green tissue to make sure you get all of it out. Use a clean, sharp knife, like an exacto knife perhaps. Either dispose of the blade after you use it, or disinfect it thoroughly to make sure you don't spread it to other plants, if you use that knife on other plants. You may have to remove the entire lower leaf that is damaged. You can dust the cut edges with cinnamon to discourage infection taking hold in the wounds. Then just keep the foliage dry, with good air circulation. There are products you can use to treat bacterial and fungal infections, but I don't use any. But at any rate, I really think it's probably sunburn anyway, so nothing in this paragraph is imminently important lol

In a hot car with bright Montana light, you are lucky the plant looks so good! Did the blooms survive?

Welcome to the forum!
