Zaeem, lose the leaf. Now. That looks like Erwinia/brown rot, which presents as a water-soaked area on the leaf. You can practically watch it spread. Cut off the leaf and repot into new/clean medium. You can treat with a bactericide like Physan if you have it. Isolate the plant for awhile as the rot spreads by splashing water from an infected to a healthy plant. I've had to deal with this stuff several times but only on phals. Just don't let it go for any length of time and you should be OK.

2nd the suggestion - I'd take a nice sharp knife/razor blade and cut the leaf about a half inch towards the crown from the spot........it will take your entire plant if you don't sacrifice.......

Thirding the recommendations. When you cut, be careful not to let your blade touch the rotten part or you can transfer the rot to the open cut. Bag up the waste and toss it in the garbage.

If you haven't already, put some cinnamon on the cut end of the leaf to prevent infection.
