Not sure what the diagnosis is...

This Phal is constantly blooming, it's in bloom now in fact, and has been growing like crazy lately. However, I've noticed that the leaves are very floppy and wrinkly now for some reason. I would normally attribute this to dehydration, but this plant is watered every other day and its roots are beautiful. And then, besides the floppy leaves, there are also black marks around the crown of the plant. I don't think it's crown rot, seeing as it's not mushy or anything, but I'm not totally sure. Any thoughts?

Maybe it is now overwatered..sometimes over and underwatering symptoms display similar effect on the leaves.

Unpot it and check the roots. I know my Phals like to be pretty wet... If its not root rot, it could be dehydration... Though, your crown doesn't looks too good either. My crown rot wasn't mushy. It was sudden, black, and horrible...
Good luck!!!

Watch out for the black portions--it can spread quickly and kill the plant in days. If you notice any sign of change, immediately cut out all affected parts using a sterile blade.
