Lepanthopsis astrophora white spot

Hi everyone! Please take a look at the picture and tell me what is going on with my lepanthopsis! It has a white spot on one of the leaves. It appears as if the leaf has air in it almost. It doesn't seem to be spreading, but I'm very concerned about it. It's my #1 plant!
Anyone know what it is?

Have you tried wiping it off? I have never seen a white spot on plants except when it is paint, whitefly or mealies (a type of scale). Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable will be able to help you.
