I don't know how I can help my phalaenopsis plants

I recently bought a seedling and the store put it in a box. I wasn't able to water it for 3 days because I was traveling. Once I got home that night, I watered it. When I woke up it looked like this (pic attached). I repotted the plant and after a while it quickly deteriorated. I already put it in a humidity tray, gave growth fertilizer yesterday and used dithane today. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm afraid it's dying

It looks desiccated and burned to me.
Keep it really warm, really humid, and shady, and hope for the best.

I would go the other way and say it is over watered.

Mine have gone for 2 weeks without water, but the trap is to over water it to compensate for what it has missed. Been there, done that.

When I go away on holidays, usually 2 weeks at a time, when I return, I now just gently mist the top roots for a couple of days, building it up every second day.

I don't feed them for a week after starting the rehydration as it is too much of a shock and you end up with a plant looking like yours, talking from experience here.

All I can say at this stage is cross your fingers back off the watering and hope for the best.

I don't think the days without watering would cause such a drastic change. I'm thinking it got too hot in the car (travelling ) and it cooked
