Floppy orchid

So about 6 months ago I got this orchid from a reduced price section at the supermarket. Flowers were dead when I got it but they were bright blue, think its a dyed/hybrid phal
Anyway, repotted it and the ball of roots basically fell off rotten. The flower stems were totally dry and crispy right down to the base. Its been like this since but in the last 2 weeks its gone a darker green and started going floppy again. Its had adequate water and feed and sits on a west facing windowsill. If you look closely I think theres the start of new leaves in the middle.
Could it be that the plant is putting its energy into the new leaves and these ones will die off? Will it ever have flower stems again?
