Can anyone tell what this is ?

I have noticed over the last few day these pock marks on a mini Phal's leaves. Does anyone recognize what it might be ? The roots look fine and I don't see any sign of insects.

Could be from false spider mites. Sometimes they are too small to be seen.

Looks like a Brevipalpus case (i.e. acarians, the "false spider mites")

Treat fast.

Note that opportunistic diseases may follow, a fungus or worse (OFV) as these take pleasure to spread some along the way

I'm treating

I looked closely and can't see any tiny insects on the leaves, but I treated both sides of all the leaves with Repotme.com's bug stuff. Is this something that might be just on the leaves, or does the medium need to be treated, too?

Fungus

For precaution treat with medicinal alcohol dab, should be swapped on all leaves infested.
