Anyone know what this is?

I have found these little guys living in the moss of my Neos. I haven't found any damage to the leaves, flowers, etc. but I've never seen them before. Any ideas what it is?

I really have no idea what it is. I considered thrips, but they don't look that similar compared to the photos I've seen. I also haven't found any damage to any of my plants either.

How about the roots. Are they eating them?

My first thought was thrip. Maybe go to the local nursery with pics zoomed in if they might know? And yes I agree check the roots.

Don't think they are thrip as I can see antennae. Maybe some sort of "plant bug"?
