New summer home for my mounted orchids

Last year I used a trellis I bought to hang my mounted orchids. Since then I have tripled the number of mounted orchids I have so needed a new plan for summering outdoors. We had some green plastic fencing bought years ago to surround a garden area which we saved. I've used it for so many other projects and thought of this. We have a stairway that leads to our sub basement with a wrought iron railing. I cut the fencing to stretch across the length of the railing and wide enough to cover the top half. So an area maybe 7'L x2'W. Attached it to the railing with wire we used to attach our fencing for the yard and a new home created. Perfect for sun and shade. Early morning sun til maybe 10ish very shaded or dappled sun until maybe 7PM and sun until dark. As you can see I still have plenty of room should I decide to mount more or hang a couple smaller pots.

Looks great synda! I don't have railing but may just have to incorperate some while re landscaping the back yard area at some point. I love how that looks

Great idea. I'm buying a trellis to hang some of my orchids but I might steal this idea as well.
