potting medium/mounting & moving

ok so I moved recently and am about to move again, most of my orchids hated the first move I even lost some *sad face* but there are three which stayed with me, a Paph (lady slipper), a dend, and an epid (I think) but they are all still having a hard time adjusting do I need to remount, I've moved them to a place they should be growing well and given the a good watering schedule. There is no evidence of any fungi or pest which makes me think it is the medium/mounting I'm using. I'm using a large chunk bark is that the problem?

They do this at time because of changes in environmental conditions ( temps, light, humidity) go to AOS web stie get culture sheets for them and get a max/min thermometer and humidity in one they sell them for like ten bucks at home depot and at wall mart. Do some readings in your growing space and make the adjustments needed being fans, humidity via trays or type of potting media used to adjust there climate if in doors also light windows facing what way and or supplemental lighting if needed.
Hope this helps

Thanks, and to answer, no my paph isn't mounted it's actually been the hardest orchid I've bought because when I got it from the store almost all the roots were white fuzzy and dry so I cut them off but that left only a few stubs.
and just for clarification AOS is American Orchid Society right?

Fuzzy roots are synonymous with what Paph roots look like, do you have the proper culture sheet for you plant?

OOPS! Paphs roots are fuzzy (or hairy)...and harder (or more stiff) than other orchid roots. Sounds like you cut good roots.

Yes, AOS is American Orchid Society.
