Not sure why someone would show his pot growing techniques on youtube, an invitation for the local authorities to come a calling.
As for the mister/fogger, it almost seems a bit too concentrated for one plant. If there is a way to set it amongst plants like masdies that like tht humidity, I think it could be interesting to try. Especially for someone like me who struggles to get them to bloom.

Don't these tend to leave mineral residue on leaves (and on everything else nearby)? My understanding is that most of these ultrasonic fog type misters require water with some mineral content in order to function. Or is this not an ultrasonic mister?

Another energy sapping piece of equipment.

OK if you don't mind high power bills I suppose.

@ Syndywindy there are hundreds of vids on youtube abt how best to grow weed - I dont grow it but keep coming across the vids when I search for other growing vids.
The one in that video seems very high powered - there are much smaller ones that produces much less mist - and some people use them on timers so they come on and off so they dont produce too much mist.
I have never used one myself and dont know how much electric they use.

Ones used for terrariums don't eat much power and do a wonderful job for my other tropicals in the box (and my geckos love it too).

You can get a cheap, small one from ZooMed I believe. I'm sure that would be more than sufficient for a single plant. For a large collection, you'd have to look at other brands. Timers make everything easier, so it's a lot less electricity than you would expect when it only runs for maybe a total of 30 mins daily.

I don't know if they're worth it, I got it for my animals first, and the plants second, but so far seems to be doing the trick. Certainly helped my moss take off, and no more stuck sheds.

Hi,
I have a greenhouse and have it set up with misters I bought at Home Depot. They connect right into drip line, so you can place them where you want them, and also extend the line with the "mini" tubing.(they are in bags in the drip section) The misters work great. I have them connected to the drip with a timer that runs on a small battery. It comes on several times a day. You can set it to whatever you want. Not expensive and you can taylor it to your needs. Hook it up to a garden hose for outside and your set!

I have a very small converted playhouse, now orchid house. I set it up the same way, with cheap irrigation parts. No residue on the leaves that I notice. Mine is operated manually or 1x/day need to research timers.

You just buy tubing, then smaller drip tubing, a connector to hose, a little puncher, and ask for mist attachments. Less than $20 and very reliable.
