Anyone tried Pine oil?

I came across this article on the benefits of pine oil and wondered if anyone here has ever tried it?

The article on Humic Acid they had was also interesting but I didn't want to overload the forum with too much! Apparently people take it too as a healthy supplement - especially bodybuilders!
