which to start with?

I bought a noid Phal from Home Depot with the intention of trying s/h with it. I would really like to put my paphs into s/h, but wanted to try it out on a "test" plant first.
I have two of my Paphs that are going to bloom any second now. I would really hate to screw this up and kill them, but they are going to need repotted, and it would be good timing to try s/h. I guess I just wondered whether you guys would go ahead and try my "test" Phal, which actually seems to be in good shape, or stop being a wuss and try the Paphs in s/h too.
Thanks
Carrie

My personal experience (and as the developer of the technique, that's fairly extensive) is that paphs take to semi-hydroponics like falling off a log. They seem to be far less picky about repotting than most other plants, including phals.
