Nice list and impressive way of organizing/displaying your list.

I noticed you have a few spelling and capitalization errors.
1) Generic epithets (genus names) and their abbreviations are always captalized. For example: epi should be Epi.
2) Specific epithets (species names) are always expressed in lower case. For example:
Epi Stomfordiam should be: stamfordianum
3) Cultivar epithets should be capitalized and in single quotation marks. For example: Phal Glad Dawn "Shenandoah" should be: Phal Glad Dawn 'Shenandoah'.

Corrections specific to your list:
1) Epi Stomfordiam "Belize" x epi Stamfordium "#1" should be: Epi stamfordianum 'Belize' x Epi stamfordianum '#1' (Correction of capitalizations, quotation marks around the cultivar epithet, and spelling of stamfordianum; it is spelled 2 different ways in your list both of which are incorrect.)

2) Den Chai "OKA" x Chanaliculatum should be: Den Chai 'OKA' x Den canaliculatum (Correction of capitalizations, quotation marks, and spelling of cannaliculatum.) There's a further problem with this one as there's no hybrid registered wiht the name Dendrobium Chai.

3) Phychopsis "hildos" FCC/AOS should probably be: Psychopsis Mendenhall 'Hildos' FCC/AOS (Correction of missing grex [hybrid name] quotation marks around and capitalization of cultivar epithet.)

4) Phal - Dtps Sogo Berry "Sweetheart" should be: Dtps Sogo Berry 'Sweetheart' (Correction of genus - Phal is not necessary in the name - and quotation marks around 'Sweetheart'.)

5) Brassia Caudita Alba "Jem" JC/AOS should be: Brassia caudata var. alba 'Jem' JC/AOS (Correction of spelling and capitalization of specific epithet, caudata, expression of the varietal epithet and quotation marks around cultivar epithet.)

6) Bulb. lilakcrium should be: Bulb. lilacinum (Correction of spelling of specific epithet.) and since I see you got it form Carter & Holmes, it should possibly be: Bulbophyllum lilacinum 'Cherokee' CBM/AOS x self

7) Phal Equestris Alba should be: Phal equestris var. alba (Correction of capitalization of specific epithet and expression of varietal epithet.)

8) Zygo "Kiwi Geyser" "Mendenhal" should be: Zygo Kiwi Geyser 'Mendenhal' (No quotation marks around the grex [hybrid name] and single wuotes around the cultivar epithet.)

9) Onc. Little Angel (foxuosun x onustum) should be: Zelenkocidium Little Angel (Zelenkoa onusta x Oncidium flexuosum) (Correction of spelling for the specific epithets of both parents. Also, this is one of the Oncidiums affected by recent changes in the generic epithets [genus].)

10) Den. Kingianum should be: Den. kingianum (No cap on the species name.)

11) Ecyclia Bractescens should be: Encyclia bractescens (Corection of spelling of genus and capitalization of specific epithet.)

I'll stop there... Let us know if you have questions about orchid names and how they should be correctly expressed or how they work.
