You've got a nice collection there! I'm a huge Paph fan so I'm especially impressed with your taste in Paphs. You've got good variety and some beautiful flowers! I'm looking forward to seeing your flowers.

There are some mistakes in a few of your plant names though so here are a few corrections:

I love this cross and mine just recently finished flowering. The name should be capitalized though like this: Paph St Swithin. It's a hybrid and hybrid names are all capitalized.

An orchid can have only 2 direct parents so this cross is either:
Paph (Rasin Jack x Black Hawk) x Black Currant, or it's
Paph Rasin Jack x (Black Hawk x Black Currant).
Does the tag say which is which?

The first part makes sense: Paph Maudiae. It's a very famous hybrid, but the second part, coloratum doesn't go with the first part. I'm not really sure what the coloratum is there for.

Both Vanda and Mokara are generic names (genus) though they are expressed here as if Vanda was the species name and mokara was the species name. I'm retty sure what you have is a yellow noid Mokara.

No Cyms yet. I am a little nervous about trying to grow them!

LOL, Cyms are easy. Kick them outside for the summer and bring them back in before frost. You can't lose. (just watch for squirrels, LOL.)
