That looks like a very nice collection. It's good to focus on a specific group of plants like you have.

Pictures??
And I see you are in Miami. Maybe I should try them. Though conditions are a bit different. Less rainfall. I'm struggling with Oncs. and a few others. I need to look at what my habits/environment can support.

Thanks! I will try to take some pictures. All you see right now is green, although my anceps species are starting to spike!! YAY!!!!

Lmartiny: it was very difficult for me to NOT give lots of orchids a try, but sadly, not everything does well in the hellish sauna I call Miami. So, I decided last year to focus on a specific type and become really good at it; rather than be continuously frustrated because I struggled with some types of orchids. I still give the odd species a try, but I limit myself.

I know! I really didn't think I had that many (and compared to others, I really only have a few) LOLOL, but they are always arriving in the mail for some reason.

I am going to the Chicagoland Orchid Festival which starts tomorrow. So far I have reserved L. kleberii and fournieri as well as a den and encyclia. The guest vendors bring so much, I didn't want to pre order too much. I like seeing plants up close. I can't wait!
