Nice collection you have going!! I have a few of those...I also see a few I want.

The only correction I can see is one of the bulbos...could be a typo...it's putidum rather than patidum.

I'd love to see pics of your aquariums. I have one 45 gal aquarium I use for some of my minis that like higher humidity and I'm always curious/interested in how others have their tanks set up. If you get a chance to take a pic...please post it.

Here are a few photos from my 10 gallon terrarium - it's got 9 orchids in it right now, plus a couple of small ferns.

I just took the "Pleuro. (small yellow)" (that's how it came to me) off its cork mount and mounted it on the outside of a tiny terra cotta pot with no drainage holes full of rainwater. I have another piece of this in my larger terrarium mounted this way and it's doing much better than the cork one was.

I also noticed the Trichosalpinx ciliaris is blooming! Each flower is quite a bit smaller than a pea. I adore it, but sometimes I miss the big event.

Nice variety of orchids you have...plus it looks like you have some nice setups. Regarding name changes there has been some in the Pleuro. realm. Pleuro. corniculata and restrepioides have been moved to Stelis. As for Pleuro. grobyi it is now Specklinia grobyi. Don't feel bad I just had to change my labels recently also.

Wow bibliofloris your tanks are fantastic. Would you please share your technique on how to build a terrarium? I have an 80ltr tank and a smaller one, the larger tank originally sold for housing snakes (and NO I didn't have a snake) so it is a lot deeper than a normal fish tank.

I have a DENDROBIUM TORRESAE TINY ORCHID on its way and I was thinking that would be a good place to keep him along with a few other minis.

It's really been a lot of fun. That Dendrobium is adorable -- I bet you'll have a great time designing the perfect home! I must have rearranged mine about 20 times before I liked how they looked...but it was worth it!
