You have some very nice ones so far. That should provide some nice flowers when they bloom.

G'Day Schlyne

Nice list, don't forget to send pictures as they bloom, and good luck with the move.

Cheers

Apparently 10 should be

Zygopabstia 'Blue Bird' according to the RHS lookup.

My tag acutally says Z. bluebird so forgive the confusion there.

Could somebody verify for me that
Phalenopsis Orchid 'Gold' is a valid hybrid?...or is it only part of the name or something? I haven't been able to find it in the RHS lookup. I have no luck searching for that in google. I may have to bug the plant house about it...

I have looked at different possible combinations and I don't think it exists in that name. It might be a variation on another name for commercial purposes.

I am sorry I can't help.

My guess...just the grower's way if giving you the type of orchid and the color. As in...Phal -"white" or "pink" or whatever it might be. I've seen this type of tag on Dens and Phals in the local big box stores and a local nursery that sometimes gets their orchids from a grower in NC (or FL, I can't remember) who for some strange reason doesn't like to give names. ??

As far as we can tell, it's Phal. Baldan's Kaleidescope 'Golden Treasure' AM/AOS, but there's no real way to prove it.

Okay, got the list all updated (which it was BADLY needing) and posted.
Let me know if something's off or if I've got a typo somewhere. I have/had one of everything. The numbers have to do with my own ordering system. I thought I had more Odta/Onc. and I don't think I realized I had quite so many paphs until now If the orchid name is in red, It's since died. The Persea america never got shipped to me, due to vendor discretion...something happened to the plants in the warehouse and they decided not to send them.

Wow you've been a busy lady!

The Cirrhopetalums are now all Bulbophyllums. They did away with the Cirr designation. Your rothschildianum, small "r", it's a species.

It should be Phal. equestris, no "a" in the word.

It's time to show us your grow area now!

Brooke

Thanks. I wrote that document up on word, so I didn't catch all of the capitalization it kept trying to do. Yeah. Remember when I said I bought half of the show in November? That's where most of those orchids came from
