Help about sowing seeds of Sarcochilus Perky

Hi everybody.My name is Dom .I am a newcomer to Australia from overseas.I am interested at Dendrobiums,Dockrilias and Sarcochilus orchids.
I have just make my first hand pollination at my Sarcochilus Perky and I have two capsules of seeds.
If somebody knows any practical way to germinate this green seeds without using agar agar please let me know.
I am thinking to saw the seeds in a plastic box containing coconut chips and some cut roots of the mother plant..

Anything's possible, but I would have someone flask them for me if I were you. The chances of that working (as in nature) are very slim. It's a very pretty bloom! Let us know how you do.

Thank you patticake for your advise.Sorry about my English but I dont speak very well.
I live in Australia 30 kilometers distanse from Melbourne.The lowest temperature here is
0C and the highest 40C.The humedity is from 40% up to 80% .My orchids are cold growing add I grow them at my back yard under shadecloth 70% under a clear plastic cover for protection from the rain at winter time.
At the summertime I have a fun working from 11.30a.m. up to 4.30 p.m.
I think that I am lucky that I live here and exept my love my orchids need just a little fertilise with high potasium from winter to spring and high nitrogen from summer to awtum.

Welcome to the forum.
I can not offer advice on growing Sarcochilus seed out of flasks, I suppose it can be done.
I grow a lot of Sarcochilus, all from bought flasks.
From what I can gather on these Aussie natives they do not produce a large amount of seed and are often sterile.
Personally give it a try by spreading the ripe seed around the parent plant.
As would happen in nature
but would get it flasksed professionally if you need the plants.
Several labs around the Melbourne are who can do them.

You could import the symbotic fungus but that would require optimal conditions and a flask no agar though. Although why wouldn't you want to agar sow? That usually results in maximum seed germination if done correctly.

I 've got 2 capsules of seeds so I 'll try to do my best to agar sow.I've read so many different methods to sow agar and almost all of them are too complicated.
