sterile the jars

Hi

I am new to this orchid hobby I was wandering if it is possible to sterile the jars for flasking with peroxide or Alco. I was thinking of making 20% peroxide and seal the jars in it for a day or so, will this work. Peroxide is use to sterile the seeds way not the jars to. (Or am I way of track )
Thank you.

that dont work too well. It would be better if you use a autoclave.

Using a pressure cooker (same as autoclave) works well. Sterilizing with HO works well for seed that is somewhat porous but not well for bottles and caps.
