Where to get phal orchid in a flask?

Hello,
I would like to ask where do you guys bought your phal in a flask? I am living outside US and would like to know if anyone would know if it is OK to ship orchids in flask out of the states?

Orchid flasks are not generally subject to the same regulations as mature plants, but check with the vendor so see if they ship to your country and, if so, whether you need permits.
