what the flasking medium should look like?

Hi all,

I made my first flasking medium yesterday, it more like water instead of jello, I used 1 liter water, 7g agar agar, 25g honey, 300g potato, and half banada, anything wrong?

You probably didn't cool it quickly enough. Agar doesn't gel properly if it cools too slowly. Try pressure cooking the flasks which will melt the agar again then remove and allow to air cool. A/C might help if your house is hot.

Reheating doesn't always work so you might have to start again from scratch if it comes out the same.

I try to reheat my medium with hot water, no change, I may need to restart.

from thr instruction, i need to put 175g agar agar and 48oz water to make the jello
