I know absolutely nothing about babies and deflasking but I've found for 'chids that: If there's a root, there's a way (or something like that)! And, I see roots! Might want to try one in fine grade Hydroton and s/h. Just a thought. Cool pot. Good growing in your future.

Hi, when I de-flask my Phrag-kovachii It was recommended to use live spag moss loosely place around them, all in a small compot. The need to have a regular temperature of around 23 to 26Deg C. Above or below the will die. they need coolish air movement through the moss. In they wild they have rain water seeping constantly down the sides of the steep banks/hills through their roots system. I grew mine on for about 18 months and in the move to my present home they got too hot and I lost the lot, by then they were about 3 to 4 inches tall. I found them too fussy about the temp range so never bothered to replace them, a pity!
