Ultrasonication seed treatment

Hi All,

Has anyone dabbled with ultrasonically treating seeds to help break down the seed coat in terrestrial orchids? I have looked at few papers on the subject, and that it can increase the germintation, but was wondering if anyone has tried.

I have worked with flasking Phal. seeds in the past, but wanted to try some terrestrials.

I assume a Catasetum would respond the same way as my cross did - good luck with them.
