Making A Glove Box Out Of A Fish Tank

I have heard you could make a glove box out of a fish tank and use either Plexiglas for the opening or plastic. My question is what is the best size tank to use so you have enough room in the tank for sowing seeds and holding all your materials?

Guess the answer is that it depends on what you plan to use the glove box to work on.

If you use a glass aquarium make sure it is a drillable tank or it will shatter on you. Plexiglass requires special equipment to work with and can be a bear to cut into.

Here is a video showing a glove box made from a plastic storage bin. It might help to answer your questions:

Thanks for a video, I already made the plastic tub kind from using a storage box and its to hard to see into once it fogs up. I wanted something a bit more see thru while I was working inside the glove box with my orchid seeds.

What I should do since I am into orchids is make a home made flow hood for myself to use. I have seen pictures and even checked into what is needed but was not sure if I wanted to try it just yet. But the more I think about it the more I want to do it. Crazy as it may seem, but orchids keep me busy and my mind occupied.
