Deflasked today

I got my babies from Troy Meyers. Laelia anceps 'feathered flame' CHM/AOS x L. anceps 'Mendenhall' AM/AOS. I didn't count how many there were. This is my second deflasking..and the first time using sphag. as a medium for them as he recommends doing.

Fair enough, let us know how you go with the sphag. I only use it for deflasking Masdevallias and Phrags but if it works for you then I would be very interested.

Should be some nice plants coming out of that flask.

The seedlings all look very nice! It will be pretty neat to see how they turn out when you begin to have them bloom (I know, that's some years away....).

So far so good. I haven't lost (knocks on wood), any babies. I have them in an aquarium with a misting system that mists once a day and they're under a twin tube, reg. t5 lighting system.

If anyone would like to purchase a mini compot (3 seedlings), I am willing to part with a few. I've had them a month so far and haven't had any losses yet. Sorry continental US only.
