Cymbidium Crosspolination Question

Can anyone tell me approximately how long cym seed pods take to grow ripe? For fun, practice before I get valuable species in flower for hybridization, because I got curious to see how pod parentage affects seedlings, and cuz both were blooming and the temptation was too much, I cross polinated my pink and my white NOID cymbidiums.
I have read that some orchid seeds take months, which is fine cuz they can ripen while my fungus-laced dirt flask experiment is progressing (or not, we will see), but I kinda want to know what point I need to start watching for imminent opening of seed capsules so as to avoid accidental sewing if cym seed in my other houseplants.
If it has any bearing, both are very big plants (well over 4' tall, at least 7 mature psudobulbs each plus new growths), and they are growing quite actively.

Wow. So I'll be flasking in about 10 months, and then getting plantlets over a year from now.

I'll just have to bide time by getting other orchids to fill the little hole in my heart while I wait.
