Epidendrum Care

I received this Epidendrum "Pink" for free. I've never had an orchid like this. I'm concerned about the bent leaves at the top.. Can someone tell me if this plant is hopeless or if it looks ok. Any suggestions are welcome!

Maybe it is a little bruised. May need some light too. These are pretty hardy usually. I know its been cold, but cold notwithstanding, I'd suggest easing outside to some dappled sun if you can and reacclimate it for more light and outdoor conditions if available. I don't think they want to stay wet either. In my experience. (I see you are in FL) I'm really a newbie, so I'm sure someone else with better knowledge will pipe in here with advice.

I second what Imartiny said about needing more light. Mine are indoors, but get 3-6 hours of morning sun depending on the time of year, because I have them right against the glass. I feed them with every other watering, and they seem to be thriving
