Paphiopedilum spicerianum

I received the above plant from Oak Hill last year. I repotted it soon after receiving it(4/08). It threw two new growths and bloomed from the old growth. Reading about paph's in the forum I see where they need to be re-potted frequently. Question is, does this plant need to be re-potted again. Its been less than a year.
Thanks
David

David, the rule of thumb that I usually recommend is once a year in spring or after it flowers, whichever comes first.
