Bud Blast?

I was planning to post a beautiful picture of my first Catt. Noid in bloom. I think it was going to be a yellow one.

I was keeping my mouth shut hoping not to jinks myself. Unfortunately it didn't work. It was doing so well when I left. The bud was green and looked like it was ready to open. When I got back from my trip I found the bud had turned yellow and shriveled.

I watered it well and was gone for about 4 days. I sprayed with insecticidal soap for mites a couple of days before I left with no visible effects to the bud. So I figured it could have also been because of the excess heat. I left the GH door closed while I was alway. Not sure what went wrong again. I just have the worst luck.

Sorry to hear about your Catt Solay. But I think the mother plant is doing great.I dont think you need to wait so long to see another bud poping out from the same.
Good luck.

Thanks. The plant does look good. It has new roots and growths. Just wished I got to see what the blooms looked like.
