| Struggling flower spike
Several weeks ago I posted a picture of my Brsda. Orange Delight that I discovered had a flower spike twisted and caught under a new ps.(picture one). Sorta strange & I didn't think the spike would survive. Well it did & it actually put out one little flower. (picture two). Not very well formed but still a flower. Surprised me. Tough little guy.

| Hi Hummer, it really is astonishing how regardless they can be damaged, they very often carry on and produce something. I have a phal that I thought was on the way out, the main stem blackened for about an inch above the medium some time ago. I carried on with the water etc. and it is putting out a new leaf. I am amazed!! Bill |
