Beallara Diana Dunn Newberry

Any tips on growing this lovely plant? I just adopted one (I can never say 'bought', it doesn't feel right!) and then realized it is completely different from all my other plants.

Probably want to grow it like a Phal, same moisture and light, but if you tend to grow Phals very warm, this one would probably prefer it just a little bit cooler. Fine bark tho, not course like Phals would prefer. Cynthia, Prescott, AZ

Thanks, Cynthia! In that case, I will keep it inside, near a sunny window, and only take it out during the winter. It has been HOT lately!!!!

Winter? Visions of icles hanging from you oncidium complex. You don't say in your bio where you live. We always check the bio to help in giving info. Cynthia, Prescott, AZ (at 6000 feet - cold!!! in winter)

I have a Beallara Diana Dunn 'Newberry' also, I grow it with my Phals and it is doing great. It is now in bloom..the only thing I have noticed is the pbulbs are becoming "wrinkled"? From what I have read on the posts, maybe this is normal.

The blooms are very pretty and seem so delicate. I took a picture for my records which I attached if you would like to see it. I hope I figured this out
