All your plants look so healthy. I'm jealous. What's the secret? The weather?

By the way, may be going to PI sooner than Jan. Not sure yet though. Will let you know if that happens.

Nice plants! I sure wish I could grow outside all year. I would have more mounted. It's kind of difficult to have mounts where I am. Your chids sure look happy!

thank you guys...maybe the secret is...first thing in the morning when i woke up, after freshening up, i go straight to the garden to check everything wile having my coffee hehehehhe... i don't know but this is the first thing i wanted to check after i woke up.... i am really hooked hahahahaha, my mom even thought that i was talking to the orchids hahahahaha....

but in reality i think the weather is a very big factor in having these healthy and happy orchids, although it gets very hot during noon, morning and afternoon are the time that i think the orchid loves very much, also i minimized using non organic fertilizers, i only spray hormex (a growth hormone) once a week in a weak dose, i do that every saturday, and do the compost tea every after 2 days since the tea that we have here in the philippines needed to be soaked on an aerated, non chlorinated water for 48 hours....

i think thats the only thing i do to my orchids, and one more thing hehehehe , my orchids are all receiving indirect sunlight, i put a layer of "net" above the veltius and jvb vandas, 2 layers for the strap leafs and 2 layers also with plastic above the orchid table where i have the phals and catts...

Your orchids looks beautiful! I love the look of the vandas on the driftwood...it's sculptural. Very nice! Very nice!

Oh yeah...also LOVE all the bamboo in the picture!

Yep, yep...gotta move somewhere that will allow for growing outside year round.
