The phal that had the most root damage seems to be doing better now than the one that had less. It even has a small new leaf emerging from the center. Is this a good thing? Is it a sign that roots are growing and is on its way to recovery? | If its growing a new leaf, I'd say its fine. I'd start watering normally especially with the new growth. I've repotted phals that have only had literally 2 good roots on them. They grew back very fast and started growing new leaves shortly after.
