new growth on miltonia

My miltonia has some new growth (about 4 leaves emerging from the base of the older growth), can I expect a flower spike from this growth?

When it matures. The Oncidium Alliance will bloom from new growths when they are mature. Congrats on the new growth. I look forward to seeing it when it blooms.
