I have no advice for you - others will though Just wanted to say I love the name - Superbum. I looked a few up on the google image search, sure looks like a beautiful cascading orchid.

That's all - others will by soon with advice.

Superbum, also known as anosmum, needs intermediate conditions , 2000-3000 fc of light (less than Catts, more than Phals), and wet while growing. Go wet/dry when growth stops. December thru April, cut back severely on water. I mist the plant pretty often, but no water at the roots. In fall and winter, you want to put it into more light. I didn't work on this, and only got a modest number of flowers. Once you see buds, water more. Don't cool this one off while dormant. If anythig, it can be a little warmer while resting. I have gleaned this mostly from Baker's book on Orchid Culture - Dendrobiums. Fabulous book, near a 1000 pages, a 1000 plants (or so), and not a picture anywhere. I got a hard copy of this and some of the others by the Bakers at used book sellers on the internet for $60-70. Their Oncidium book just came out hard cover, and by pre-ordering I got it for $50 (also near 1000 pages). Cynthia, Prescott, AZ
