Exciting indeed!

Is there a tag in the pot of the thrid orchid? It looks to be Prostechea cochleata.

Michelle, I wonder if the Catt might be BL Yellow Bird. One of the parents of BL Yellow Bird is BL Richard Muller (B nodosa X L milleri) which is where all the spotting in the lip comes from. Many of BL Richard Mueller hybrids undergo a color change as the flower ages. Regardless of what it is, it is BEAUTIFUL.

I honestly don't know what the catt is, I've had that plant for years, I stole it from my dad's collection. I call it "Old Faithful", because regardless of what I do to it or where it lives, it sends out spikes reliably 2x a year.

The 3rd plant (spider-woman hehe) is Encyclia Cochleata "Athena X Prize"... I love her!

They look great! That Catt does a really neat magic trick. Love the Prostechea cochleata (The name changed on these guys ) Wish mine would bloom.

I cannot keep up with (Yes, my head in buried in sand) the name changes. But the cochleata is a heck of a plant. I had one in bloom for over 6 months. It took a 2-3 month break (if you can call it that) and grew a new psuedobulb and started blooming again earlier this month. I read where mature plants could be in bloom year round, and now I believe that statement!

Perhaps a better guess for the Catt would be Bl Golden Glory (L tenebrosa x Bl Richard Mueller). I think one of these actually was awarded a FCC 4 or 5 years ago.

I'm very excited to read this! I hope I have the same good fortune with mine as you do or, I hope I'm growing mine as well as you're growing yours.
