Silvery Paph Leaves

Hi!

I have a couple of Paph hybrids that have silver and green mottled leaves (one of them is Paph Hainanense x Acmodontum). I'm having trouble finding out if the silver color is normal for some hybrids or an indicator of too much light. I'm growing indoors, under lights.

The coloring is normal. Mottled leaved paphs are treated a bit differently than green leaved paphs, I believe.
