I went to the SF orchid show a few weeks ago and bought 3 orchids. I was careful to make sure that all the plants had tags.Late last week I re-potted all three & threw out one of the tags. Darn!!!!!!!!!!!. Its a real cute Phal. Did anyone else buy one of these at the show. There was only one vendor that was selling them. I know that is a REAL long shot.

It's still beautiful, no matter what it's specific name is. There are a myriad number of Phal. hybrids that simply have no name (or at least it has no tag)and they bloom just as well as some species Phals do. I know it's important to you to know what you have, I feel the same way. But what's most important is how it performs and yours is doing fine. Enjoy!

Hi, This has happened to me also. So, so depressing....but we have to go one. Working on one orchid at a time is my way of "not" letting this happen to me again. Have a sunshine day.

Drop a note to the vendor, I am sure he remembers the name. If you do not remember his name check the show program to jog your memory. If you lost the program as a last resort contact the show people to give you a list of the vendors.
