What is a Dtps.?

Hi,
As you all know I inherited all these orchids. In the collection there are 4 Dtps. I have looked in my orchid books and I cannot find anything that even resembles that abriviations. Does anybody recognize the plant? As you can see it is very much like a Phal in growt and size, but the leaves are not the same at all. They have not bloomed.
Thanks for the help,
Nancy

doritaenopsis. cross between a doritis and a phal. grow like a phal, partial to nacho cheese.

however, rumour has it they're all going to be called phals now.

You're funny

But seriously, isn't that going to take away from the nomenclature? How would you know what the parentage would be? That would be like saying all Blc, Lc, Pot, etc., etc, should just be called Cattleyas. Doesn't make any sense.

Hey, thanks everyone! Now I know how to care for the lovelies. The first photo is a Lc Eager (?) VanBeal x c intermedia x Blc Magic meadow. Some of the old tags are hard to read. It is a beauty though isn't it.

I think what you have is a misspelled tag... or one that needs clarification...
(Lc. Edgard van Belle x C. intermedia) x Blc. Magic Meadow
