Phal Pollination

I pollinated my phal 2 days ago and the plant has not reacted at all how long does it take for the flower to start to fold up? I just want to be sure it worked.

In orchids there really aren't male and female structures as there are in other flowers. In orchids, the male and female parts are fused into one structure (the column).
