Brassia caudata

Hi,
I bought a Barssia caudata at the Santa Barbara Orchid show last year. It is NOT a happy camper. It had 3 bulbs and I am now losing another which will leave me only one left. It is mounted on wood with spag under the roots. It does not want to grow new vigoris roots. The bulbs become soft and rot. I know that soft bulbs can me to much water or rotten roots. Given that this is mounted I can see that the roots are not rotten. I have it next to my other mounted plants. You can see my greenhouse if you go to "Introductions" I just posted photos yesterday. Anyway can somebody help me?
Thanks,
Nancy
