DO!

I find Paphs to be very easy to grow and the blooms as you've noticed are quite exotic and rich in their patterns and colours.
Before you delve into Paphs, go to
American Orchid Society and download a culture sheet for Paphs or read the cultural info on this forum for Paphs. Make sure you can provide the conditions they like.
Most people choose as their first Paph what we call a Maudiae type. These types of Paphs have beautiful mottled leaves which are enjoyable even when the plant is not in bloom and they seem to grow more quickly than some other types of Paph.
Some Paphs require a bit of patience as they do not bloom every year. Some bloom more like every other year. If the Paph in the picture is Paph Delrosi, and I think there is a good chance it is, this plant is somewhat slow growing but as you cna see, well worth the patience.
