Question Paint fumes...

I've got to paint the door jams of some newly installed french doors that are in the same room as my two new Paphs (Wardii & Tallulah). Do you think the paint fumes (interior acrylic paint) will affect them?

why risk it? just move them into another room for the night. orchids can be very sensitive, thins like strong fumes, ripening fruit, fading flowers from other plants, etc. a good book for beginners is orthos all about orchids, lots of good info.
