Your orchid is Bllra Tahoma Glacier. It is an intergeneric Oncidium alliance hybrid. It's care is the same as any Oncidium. 2500 foot candles of light (more than a Phalaenopsis less than an Dendrobium or Cattleya) Beallara (Brlla) is a cross of Brassia x Chochlioda x Miltonia x Odontoglossum I find it hard to agree that the flowers are bland. Give it a few years and when you have 5-6 flower sprays with 8-10 flowers on each you will understand the appeal of this orchid.

Thanks jerrymeola. May be my description was not right. I liked the colour with the soft print but when it is with the rest of the orchids it is not as colourful as the others. I bought this as a little plant way back in April of this year. Hopefully next inflorescence will be with more blooms. Thank you so much for the ID.
