Phal. lueddemanniana care

I've recently aquired a Phal. leuddemanniana and I'm looking for care info. I have it with other Phals. and Paphs under lights sitting on humidity trays. Any special care needed to get them to spike and when is there blooming season.

I have few species phals myself - but generally read that they typically want WARMER conditions than your general hybrid phals - 70-85 (warmer is better) with minimums of 60 at night. They typically bloom in late summer. They can do great under lights along with your other phals and paphs. Your plant appears to be a vigorous type that can potentially grow into a nice large specimen fairly quickly. Enjoy! (I would like one myself!).

I did some checking and the only thing that I found, besides what mayres has mentioned, is that they prefer pure water , almost distilled water or even RO (reverse osmosis) water.

Good luck.
