Vanda with a cute accent

I wouldn't let her sit there too long. She is great for nibbling.

Great pic Jeff. Love the Vanda and especially love the cockatiel. I use to raise
them years ago before I got into orchids. Are you sure it's a she and not a he? I know it's difficult to tell in a Lutino.

You did it again Jeff, with another great pic. I remember your doggy with the mounted orchid and the coconuts as mounts, which I still want to try someday. Very pretty Vanda and your bird looks very happy, perched up there. She looks like she was saying, 'hurry up and take the picture already, I have some nibbling to do.' I'm glad you shared this.

Tobi, you're right about being hard to tell. She was named Levi guessing that she was a "he". Now, some dozen eggs later, we know better.

This has been a great plant; it bloomed late winter (past) then grew a bunch of roots. These flowers came out mid-August and have been on display for nearly three months.

Not very many posting under the mounted orchid section as of late, so I'm going to throw some action over there soon.
