| It's not a flower spike, it's a growth. Cattleyas do not spike from the base of the plant. But, don't be dissapointed. Catts. bloom from the top of new growths, so you may yet fave flowers from this growth but you'll have to wait a bit.

| Thank you all. I am glad that it is growing. These were all bougght , 'as is'; were not in great shape at that time.
